User Review Summary

The Adizero EVO SL Zip (July 2026) is the zip edition of adidas's EVO SL family, pairing the signature full-length Lightstrike Pro supercritical foam midsole with a water-resistant zip Ripstop upper for daily road training in changeable weather. The Lightstrike Pro delivers excellent rebound and cushioned balance, with a 33mm forefoot / 39mm heel stack and 6mm drop suited to midfoot strikers. The water-resistant zip upper blocks morning dew and light rain while staying breathable, and makes quick switching between commute and workout effortless. At about 250g it balances weight and durability, and the full-length rubber outsole ensures stable grip. Positioned as an all-weather daily trainer, it suits road runners who need water resistance plus light, responsive cushioning.
