Ultralight PEBA (DNA GOLD) foam midsole with a Pebax propulsion plate
The Brooks Cascadia Elite (2026) is Brooks' first entry into the trail super-shoe category, bringing top-tier racing tech to the trail for advanced and elite runners chasing speed and results. An ultralight PEBA (DNA GOLD) foam midsole with a Pebax propulsion plate delivers race-grade propulsion and extremely high energy return — the first Brooks trail shoe combining Pebax, Matryx and Vibram premium materials. A 34mm forefoot / 40mm heel stack with a 6mm drop offers a racy feel with moderate trail cushioning. The lightweight racing knit (Matryx) upper fits snug and is durable and breathable. The Vibram Megagrip Elite outsole gives excellent grip on technical and wet ground. At about 276g and NT$6,400, it's built for fast trail racing and ultra races, ideal for runners chasing top trail results.
