This is a very stable and helpful training shoe for those new to running. The support rod helps control overpronation/stability without being too stiff like a professional racing shoe.
Tip: Use it as your daily training shoe to help build good running habits and accumulate mileage.
The Supernova Solution is a stability daily training shoe designed by adidas for overpronators. It continues the comfortable feel of the Supernova series while adding extra support foam on the medial side of the midsole, effectively reducing fatigue and injury caused by excessive pronation. The midsole features Dreamstrike+ supercritical foam, providing soft cushioning and stable support — ideal for long-distance jogging and daily training. The upper is made of engineered mesh, offering both breathability and a supportive fit, while the outsole uses Adiwear durable rubber suitable for asphalt and PU tracks. The overall feel is stable, making it suitable for beginner to intermediate runners, especially those with low arches or pronation tendencies. If you are looking for a daily trainer that balances comfort and stability, the Supernova Solution is a worthy option.
